THE ENGAGEMENT

Ninety days. Two measurements. One control group.

Most AI visibility work starts with changes and ends with a screenshot. Ours starts with a measurement and ends with a comparison. Your teams ship the changes. BAX supplies every change ready to paste and measures what it did.

DAY 0

We measure first. Then nobody touches anything until the baseline is dated.

Your question set

Built from your categories and our site findings, then approved by you. The same questions run on day 0 and day 90, across four decision stages: awareness, research, comparison, recommendation.

AI visibility baseline

Every approved question across the major AI platforms. Presence, position, sentiment, cited sources and factual accuracy, scored into the BAX Index.

Site as AI sees it

Every URL in your sitemap, tested in the raw HTML most AI crawlers read. A sample of pages is also compared with the JavaScript-rendered version, so nothing visible only to humans is mistaken for content.

Search baseline

Non-brand impressions and clicks from Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, frozen on the same date.

THE 90 DAYS

Cheapest, widest fixes first. New content last, where the baseline says it is needed.

  1. Weeks 1-2: baseline and decisions

Baseline measurement, control group selection, and the handful of decisions that unlock the rest: which empty pages to fill or remove, who approves changes, which experts sign their name.

  2. Month 1: fixes that scale

Template, sitemap and redirect changes that apply to thousands of pages at once. Empty pages out of the index. Trust pages readable without JavaScript. One organization identity across the site.

  3. Month 2: expertise and content

Named authors and reviewers, expert pages that prove their credentials, sources as links, answers in the first sentence, and links from knowledge to offer that AI crawlers can follow.

  4. Month 3: gaps and proof

New content only where the baseline shows AI does not cite you. Then day 90: the same site tests, the same questions, the same search data, compared with the control group.

PROOF

We report change against a baseline. Not promises.

AI models change every month, with or without your work. That is why ten pages stay untouched as a control group, and why the baseline must be dated before the first change goes live. On day 90 we compare changed pages with the control group on the same questions. We set targets for what is on your site: pages fixed, reviewers named, errors removed. We do not set targets for traffic or AI citations, because nobody controls them. We show you what moved.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Documents your teams can work from on Monday.

Audit and 90-day plan

Findings ranked by impact on AI visibility, what already works and needs no rebuild, the plan in four phases, and the decisions we need from you.

Question set for approval

The full list of questions behind the baseline, mapped to your pages, with the current state of content for each.

Implementation playbook

Every task with URL, current state, target state, CMS location, steps and acceptance test. Your team tracks status in it.

Role packs

Editorial: leads, sources, reviewers, internal links, category copy. SEO and IT: redirects, index rules, titles, structured data code ready to paste.

Day 90 report

Site metrics against day 0 targets, search change against baseline, and the BAX Index for changed pages versus the control group.

ENGAGEMENT · COMMON QUESTIONS

What teams ask before they start.

Who implements the changes?

Your editorial and technical teams. BAX supplies every change ready to paste, with an acceptance test, and measures the result. You keep control of your site and your CMS.

Why measure before changing anything?

Without a dated baseline, any later improvement could come from model updates rather than your work. The baseline and the control group are what make the result defensible to a board.

Do you guarantee more AI citations or traffic?

No. We commit to measurable changes on your site and report the change in AI visibility and search against baseline and control group.

What do you need from us in the first two weeks?

Approval of the question set, access to your CMS and search tools, one person who approves changes, and confirmation of expert credentials from the experts themselves.

Start with a baseline.
